The information collected is used to help us provide the services required. A delivery address and contact details will be requested this is used in order to post the goods out to you.

If you wish to setup a credit account with us we will send out a credit account form that will require the standard account details from your company and contact details, this data will not be used for any other purpose but to arrange your credit agreement with R & D Miller should you wish to apply for this agreement.

Should you require a copy of your data please let us know either verbally or in writing and we will ensure that a copy of your data is supplied to you within a 30 day period, unless further details are needed, as required by law.

If you should wish us to delete any of the data stored please do make a written or verbal request. Please note that certain details are required in order to carry out any agreed contract/order. Where applicable we will delete the data within 30 days, as required by law.

Newsletter/ Offers

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter and here more about our services and offers available, we ask for the user’s email address and contact name. This information will be used for these purposes with your express permission. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm your request, then added to our mailing list, an unsubscribe link is provided on all contact sent out via our products and promotions communications.
